? About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Design Engineer – Mechanical with strong expertise in fabrication, manufacturing, product development, and PEB structures.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing indoor & outdoor play equipment, scientific equipment, fitness equipment, fabricated structures, and other mechanical products, while working closely with production and fabrication teams.

? Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop mechanical products, fabricated structures, play equipment, scientific & fitness equipment.
- Prepare 2D manufacturing/fabrication drawings, 3D models, assembly drawings, and CNC-ready drawings.
- Develop and maintain BOMs, engineering documentation, and design records.
- Design and execute PEB structures and related fabrication projects.
- Coordinate with production, fabrication, procurement, and quality teams for smooth project execution.
- Optimize designs for manufacturability, durability, safety, cost efficiency, and ease of installation.
- Provide technical support during fabrication, assembly, and site installation.
- Review existing designs and implement improvements for better quality and production efficiency.
- Resolve design-related issues and manage engineering changes.




- Contribute to new product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Travel to project sites for execution, client meetings, project discussions, and on-site technical support when required.

?️ Required Skills & Expertise
- 10+ years of experience in mechanical/fabrication design.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, sheet metal, structural steel, and mechanical assemblies.
- Hands-on experience in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD software.
- Positive knowledge of manufacturing drawings, GD&T;, tolerances, and fabrication standards.
- Experience in BOM preparation, product development, and engineering documentation.
- Working knowledge of SAP is required; experience with other ERP systems is an advantage.

- Knowledge of MS, GI, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Plastics, FRP, and powder-coated components will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

? QualificationB.E. / B.Tech / M.E. / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. ⭐ Preferred Candidate ProfileWe would especially like to hear from candidates with:

- Strong experience in a manufacturing/fabrication environment.
- Hands-on exposure to production coordination and product development.
- Experience independently managing design projects from concept to production.
- A strong focus on quality, safety, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.
- Experience in PEB, playground equipment, scientific equipment, fitness equipment, or fabricated engineering products.
