Responsibilities

Manage and respond promptly to after-sales customer queries and issues, ensuring a skilled and satisfactory resolution.

Coordinate effectively with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and logistics, to resolve customer complaints efficiently.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to customers regarding product-related issues, enhancing overall customer experience.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions,



and resolutions for reporting and future reference.

Monitor after-sales trends and customer feedback to identify recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality, reducing response times, and improving customer satisfaction.

Support cross-functional teams with insights from after-sales data to optimize product support and service strategies.

Good Communication skills with customer facing experience in After sales with Reporting skills

Qualifications

Bachelors - Business Administration, Bachelors - Industrial Engineering, Bachelors - Logistics, Bachelors - Supply Chain Management, Masters - Operations Management

Certifications
