Responsibilities

- Lead analytics initiatives across business functions and provide data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
- Perform funnel analysis, conversion rate analysis, trend analysis, attribution analysis, variance analysis, and segmentation studies.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify business performance drivers and optimization opportunities.
- Build executive-ready dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership reviews.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into meaningful analytical frameworks and business narratives.
- Manage recurring business reporting and ensure timely delivery of accurate insights.
- Execute ad-hoc analyses to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define, monitor, and enhance key business metrics.




- Support reporting table modifications, metric definitions, data model updates, and change requests.
- Perform UAT validation, production checks, and dashboard impact assessments to ensure reporting accuracy.
- Drive dashboard development and business intelligence initiatives using visualization platforms.
- Mentor and manage analytics team members while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and analytics capabilities.

Requirements

- 6 years of experience in Analytics, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics.

- Current or recent experience in roles such as:
- Team Lead Analytics
- Analytics Lead
- Manager Analytics
- Business Analytics Manager
- Senior Manager Analytics

- Experience managing at least 1-2 team members.

- Strong expertise in

- Funnel Analysis
- Conversion Rate Analysis
- Trend Analysis
- Variance Analysis
- Attribution Analysis
- Segmentation
- Root Cause Analysis

- Advanced SQL skills (Mandatory).

- Experience with Tableau preferred; Power BI, Looker, or Qlik also acceptable.

- Python knowledge preferred.

- Hands-on experience in dashboard development and business reporting.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to create compelling business stories and executive-level insights from data.

- Experience in presentation creation and leadership review discussions.

- Knowledge of reporting operations, UAT validation, change requests, production checks, and metric governance.
