Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant who can independently handle end-to-end accounting and finance activities. The candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, payroll-related accounting, taxation, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, cash and bank entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and reconciliation.
- Handle TDS calculation, deduction, payment and returns.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
- Manage income & expense accounting and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist in finalization of accounts and audit.
- Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes and payment vouchers.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks and statutory authorities.
- Maintain proper records for statutory compliance and financial transactions.
- Support payroll accounting, employee reimbursement and salary-related entries.
- Prepare MIS reports,



management reports and other financial statements as required.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and taxation rules.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP / Accounting Software.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS and Income Tax basics.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel including formulas, Pivot Tables and reporting.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to independently manage complete accounting operations.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification preferred.

Preferred Candidate

- Should be an Accounts All-Rounder capable of independently handling complete accounting work.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, real estate, retail, construction or corporate environment will be preferred.
- Should be responsible, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹60,000/month, depending on experience, skills and interview performance. Pay: ₹14,386.81 - ₹60,000.00 per month
