Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Account Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The role focuses on client servicing, digital campaigns, social media, and account management. The Senior Account Executive will manage day-to-day client communication, understand client requirements, coordinate with creative and digital teams, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and content.

The role will also involve managing project timelines, coordinating approvals and feedback, preparing reports and presentations, and proactively identifying opportunities to grow existing client accounts. The ideal candidate should be digital-focused, client-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

- 3–4 years of experience in digital advertising, client servicing, or account management,



preferably within an advertising or creative agency.
- Strong hands-on experience in digital campaigns, social media, content, and client management.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and day-to-day account requirements.
- Experience coordinating with creative, digital, content, and production teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deadlines effectively.
- Basic understanding of digital campaign performance, reporting, and key metrics.
- Proactive approach with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities for additional work and contribute to account growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exposure to mainstream/ATL/BTL advertising will be an added advantage.
