Key Respo nsibilities

- Manage and coordinate assigned cases and operations• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams• Coordin ate with field teams for timely case completion• Monitor case status, TAT, and daily productivity• Prepare and share regular MIS and operational reports• Resolve operational queries and ensure smooth workflow

✔ ️ BAMS / BHMS qualification is mandator y ✔️ Good communication and coordination skil l s✔️ Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilit i es✔️ Basic knowledge of MS Office / E x cel✔️ Experience in insurance/claims operations will be an adva n tage✔️ Freshers & experienced candidates can< /p>
