Position: Speech Therapist

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Timing: Flexible, based on client appointments and centre requirements

Job Summary

Pebbling Pearls Child Development Center is looking for a passionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our multidisciplinary therapy team. The candidate will provide individualized speech, language, communication, and swallowing-related intervention for children with developmental and communication difficulties.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct speech and language assessments for children.
- Develop individualized therapy goals and intervention plans.
- Provide one-to-one speech and language therapy sessions.
- Work with children with ASD, ADHD, developmental delays, speech and language disorders, and other communication difficulties.
- Monitor and document each child’s progress regularly.
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide home-based intervention guidance.
- Collaborate with special educators, occupational therapists, psychologists, behavioural therapists, and other professionals.
- Participate in case discussions and multidisciplinary intervention planning.
- Maintain accurate therapy records and documentation.
- Use child-friendly, evidence-based and developmentally appropriate therapy techniques.
- Participate in parent meetings, awareness programs,



and centre activities when required.

Qualifications

- BASLP – Bachelor of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology

OR
- MASLP – Master of Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid professional registration/certification as applicable.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Patience, empathy, and a child-centred approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Good parent counselling and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
- Prior experience working with children with developmental difficulties will be an added advantage.
