About The Role

We are looking for an experienced SAP Fieldglass Functional API Integration Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Fieldglass VMS, particularly Contingent Workforce Management, Service Procurement, and Worker Profile. The role focuses on configuring Fieldglass, integrating it with Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, and external systems, and delivering end-to-end implementations.

The role involves gathering business requirements and translating them into SAP Fieldglass configurations. You will configure Fieldglass modules including CWM, Profile, Worker, workflows, and master data to support business processes.

The consultant will design and support API and file-based integrations with Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, and external systems. The position also involves supporting system and user acceptance testing, go-live activities, and collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP Fieldglass configurations
- Configure CWM, Profile, Worker, workflows, and master data
- Design and support API and file-based integrations
- Integrate Fieldglass with Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, and external systems
- Support end-to-end implementation activities




- Perform SIT and UAT and resolve integration or configuration issues
- Support go-live and post-implementation activities
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
