Délifrance Hudson Lane is looking for an experienced and dedicated Commi 1 Chef to join our kitchen team.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of professional kitchen experience
- Specialist in Continental & European cuisine
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking and presentation
- Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety standards
- Positive behaviour, discipline and professionalism in the kitchen are a must
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team
- Passion for food and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Comfortable working the night shift is mandatory
- Minimum 10-hour working shift
- Preferred candidate: Chef based in North Delhi, for easier commute during night hours

? Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM ? Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

?️ Meal Allowance: ₹1,850 per month

? Location: Délifrance, Hudson Lane, North Campus, Delhi
