Job Responsibilities:

- Understand full requirements from PR requester/user, including scope of work or material/service specifications.
- Float RFQs via AI-enabled Fair market portal (or procurement tools like Ariba) to relevant suppliers, ensuring award within desired turnaround time (TAT).
- Deliver cost reductions and cost avoidance through effective sourcing.
- Maintain active communication with stakeholders and suppliers, fostering collaborative relationships.
- Establish and utilize a site support network (planners, schedulers) for timely acquisition of site-managed materials/services.
- Act as an indirect procurement contact for urgent orders within DOA limits.
- Ensure clear two-way communication with stakeholders across multiple global sites to fully understand requirements.
- Adhere strictly to procurement strategy for maximum cost effectiveness on a country/regional level.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for SAP procurement processes and systems, especially Ariba.
- Support vendor communication and process compliance (PO, invoicing).
- Facilitate alternative sourcing for obsolete materials/vendors.




- Manage vendor extensions to other company codes and new vendor onboarding in SAP.
- Facilitate vendor updates for banking, tax, contact details, and PO email routing.
- Drive continuous improvement and track S2C KPIs such as vendor engagement, TAT delays, contract utilization.
- Support governance of S2C policies and category strategy compliance.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree preferred (or recognized equivalent).
- 2+ years relevant experience with degree; 6+ years without degree.
- Mandatory experience using SAP ERP (ECC, VIM) and Ariba procurement processes.
- Advanced written and spoken English communication skills.
- German and French language skills preferred.
- Valuable Excel skills required.
