Job Summary:

The Sales Manager Sourcing & Channel Sales will be responsible for generating business opportunities through channel partners and other sourcing channels. The role requires managing channel relationships, identifying new business opportunities, driving lead generation, and supporting revenue growth through effective sourcing strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers, and referral networks.
- Generate qualified leads through channel partners and other sourcing channels.
- Identify, onboard, and activate new channel partners to increase business opportunities.
- Conduct regular meetings with channel partners and provide project updates, training, and support.
- Drive channel partners to achieve business targets.
- Ensure effective coordination between channel partners and internal sales teams.
- Monitor channel performance and develop strategies to improve productivity.
- Build strong market intelligence regarding competitor projects, pricing, and customer trends.




- Drive sales planning and forecasting through effective sourcing strategies.
- Maintain partner engagement and ensure repeat business opportunities.
- Track sourcing performance and maintain accurate sales reports.

- Experience in lead generation and business development.
- Good understanding of sales funnel and customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain professional networks.
- Strong target orientation and ownership mindset.

Qualification & Experience:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
- 25 years of experience in Channel Sales / Real Estate Sales / Business Development / Luxury Sales.
- Experience handling channel partners, brokers, or external sales networks preferred.
- Candidates with experience in premium/luxury real estate sales will be preferred.
