Requirements:

- 2–3 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales (Sourcing & Closing)
- Robust communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to generate walk-ins through cold calling, site visits & channel partners
- Target-driven with a strong closing track record
- Two-wheeler preferred for site visits

Responsibilities:

- Generate qualified leads & walk-ins through sourcing activities
- Conduct site visits and client meetings
- Handle end-to-end sales closing process
- Coordinate with channel partners & builders
- Achieve monthly/weekly sourcing & closing targets
