Role Description This is a full time, on-site Software Product Manager role based in Indore.

The Software Product

Manager will own the product lifecycle for connectivity and networking software, including defining product vision, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and aligning features with customer and market needs. The role includes close collaboration with engineering to plan releases, write clear user stories, review technical designs, and monitor execution against scope and timelines.

Manager will analyze usage data and customer feedback to refine the roadmap, improve user experience, and drive product performance and reliability. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing project risks and dependencies, preparing product documentation, and supporting sales, marketing, and customer success teams with product insights.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Software Product Management and Product Management skills, including roadmap ownership and requirements definition.
- Candidates should possess solid Software Development understanding, enabling effective collaboration with engineering and informed technical decision-making.
- Candidates should possess robust Project Management skills to plan releases, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, prioritize features, and measure product outcomes.
- Experience with networking, connectivity, or embedded systems products is highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to work with global engineering teams and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, product analytics tools, and user-centric design practices is desirable.
