Job RoleWe are looking for a passionate and technically strong Software Trainer to train students in current software technologies and help them develop the practical skills required for the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver effective classroom and online training sessions.
- Train students in one or more technologies based on expertise, such as:
- Python
- Java
- Full Stack Development
- MERN Stack
- React JS
- Data Analytics
- Data Science
- AWS / Cloud Computing
- Software Testing
- Other relevant IT technologies
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
- Conduct hands-on sessions, coding practice, projects, and real-time case studies.
- Develop and update course content based on industry requirements.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and practical evaluations.
- Provide individual mentoring and technical guidance to students.
- Support students in completing academic and real-time projects.
- Conduct mock interviews and technical interview preparation sessions.
- Coordinate with the placement and academic teams to improve student employability.
- Maintain attendance, student progress, assessment records, and training reports.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills




- Strong knowledge and practical experience in the relevant technology domain.
- Good programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
- Experience with real-time projects or industry exposure will be an added advantage.
- Ability to handle both classroom and online training sessions.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students towards successful IT careers.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications and industry experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience: 1–5 years in software development, software testing, data analytics, cloud technologies, or technical training.
- Candidates with strong technical knowledge and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers with exceptional technical skills and good communication abilities may also be considered for junior trainer roles.
