About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Actimize Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Actimize applications within Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Fraud Detection, and Compliance domains. This role involves working closely with clients to gather requirements, analyze existing processes, and design effective solutions leveraging Actimize modules.

The SME will serve as a technical and functional resource, providing expertise on end-to-end workflows, transaction monitoring, alerts, case management, and regulatory frameworks. The position offers an excellent opportunity to work on complex financial crime prevention solutions, contribute to the development of regression test suites, and ensure the seamless integration of Actimize applications within client environments. The role is based in Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or Pune, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet stringent compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.




- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Actimize applications, particularly within AML, Fraud Detection, and Compliance domains.
- Strong understanding of Actimize modules such as Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM), Risk Case Manager (RCM), Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR), Watch List Filtering (WLF), Customer Due Diligence (CDD/KYC), and Integrated Fraud Management (IFM).
- Technical expertise in Actimize Visual Modeler, Risk-Case Manager Designer (RCM), and Actimize Intelligence Server (AIS).
- Experience with transaction monitoring workflows, alerts, case management, and regulatory compliance frameworks including BSA/AML/OFAC.
- Proficiency in creating regression test suites to validate end-to-end data flows across upstream and downstream systems.
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills, with the ability to gather and analyze requirements effectively.
- Certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

- Engage with clients to understand their business needs and gather detailed requirements related to AML, Fraud Detection, and Compliance processes.
- Provide expert guidance on the end-to-end flow of Actimize applications, including modules like SAM, RCM, SAR, WLF, CDD/KYC, and IFM.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions within Actimize environment to address client-specific compliance and fraud prevention needs.
- Analyze existing workflows, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.




- Configure and customize Actimize modules to align with regulatory requirements and client policies.
- Create and maintain regression test suites to ensure comprehensive testing of data flows and system integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Actimize applications and integrations.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in financial crime compliance regulations and Actimize platform enhancements.
- Support client training sessions, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities to ensure smooth adoption of solutions.
