We are seeking 1 Software Development Engineer to provide end-to-end IT infrastructure and software support for hardware validation and test environments.

The role is responsible for

- ensuring stable system operations
- maintaining test tools
- supporting test tool development and automation solutions

͏ Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain software applications and tools supporting hardware validation activities.

- Enhance and sustain existing test tools, databases, and supporting infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software-related issues impacting test operations.
- Collaborate with hardware R&D; engineers to understand testing requirements and translate them into software solutions.
- Develop test automation frameworks and solutions to improve test efficiency and coverage.

- Equipment tracker development & maintenance
- Performance test automation solutions
- R&D; budget web application
- ISA R&D; test software

- SQL database frameworks and reporting systems. Design, develop, and maintain database schemas, tables, stored procedures, and queries.

- Web-based reporting and analytics tools
- Test station user interfaces

- Support data processing, storage, visualization, and secure transfer between different sites, from remote test workstations to centralized servers

- Tracking of test samples, accessories and consumables for IP security and control
- Ensure data integrity, availability, and traceability across validation systems.

- - Experience
- 5+ years in system / software support
- Strong knowledge in programing background
- MUST: C, Python, C#, VB6.0, MS SQL Server, Visual Studio, IIS Web, ASP.NET
- Desired: C#, Access DB

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced engineering environment.
- Robust ownership and accountability for system reliability and service continuity.
- Effective communication and coordination skills across geographically dispersed teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and support mission-critical laboratory operations.

Knowledge Transfer Requirement The successful candidates are expected to undergo knowledge transfer (KT) from US to Singapore in the short term, and progressively assume ownership of the supported systems, tools, and infrastructure to ensure sustainable long-term operations and support continuity.
