About SkinBae

SkinBae is building a curated Korean skincare platform in India. We work closely with global brands and focus on thoughtful storytelling, strong visuals, and education-led marketing.

We are growing fast, and the team we build now will play a big role in shaping how the brand shows up across platforms.

Role overview

This role is about owning SkinBae’s social media end to end.

You will be responsible for planning content, executing it, publishing it, and improving it based on performance.

It is a mix of strategy and execution, where you are expected to think about what works and also ensure it gets done properly.

You will work closely with content, design, influencer, and marketing teams to make sure everything we put out is aligned with the brand.

What you will own

- Planning and managing the Instagram content calendar
- Ideating, scripting, and overseeing video content across Reels and Shorts
- Executing and publishing content across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
- Ensuring captions,



hashtags, and overall content quality are on point
- Working with designers to create strong visual content
- Managing influencer collaborations and supporting affiliate campaigns
- Handling comments, DMs, and basic community engagement
- Tracking performance and improving content based on insights
- Supporting and guiding junior team members where needed

What we are looking for

- 3 to 6 years of hands-on social media experience
- Strong experience managing Instagram end to end
- Understanding of short-form video and what drives performance
- Ability to think and execute consistently
- Comfort taking ownership of what goes live
- Strong coordination skills across teams
- Good judgment around brand positioning and content quality
