Bruno Milano is building the next big watch brand. We're a rapid-growing D2C watch brand focused on premium design, quality craftsmanship, and honest pricing — live across Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra, with more channels going live shortly.

Our founders bring a mix of experience in the Indian consumer and retail space — with time across Bain, ISB — plus decades of watch manufacturing experience, because we make our watches ourselves. We operate as a lean, execution-first team, obsessed with product quality, customer experience, and long-term brand building.

Role Description

Own the whole feed, and everyone who fills it.

We want someone who runs social end-to-end — strategy, creators, content, and the calendar. You'll build and manage a creator roster at scale, brief the people who make the work, and keep a high-volume content engine shipping every single day. This is a full-time, on-site role in Noida with a direct line to the founders. Watches. Obviously.

What You'll Own

- The social calendar across Instagram, YouTube, and everywhere the brand shows up — planned, produced, and posted
- A creator and influencer roster at real scale: sourcing, negotiating, briefing, and managing relationships end-to-end
- Creator output — turning briefs into content that looks like the brand and performs like an ad
- The content pipeline with the video editor and graphics designer, keeping daily volume high without dropping quality
- Campaign and drop moments — barter, paid,



and always-on, run as one plan
- The numbers that matter: reach, engagement, creator ROI, and the traffic social sends to our channels
- Trend-spotting in the watch, fashion, and lifestyle space, and turning it into content while it's still a trend

Who We Want

- 2+ years running social and influencer marketing, ideally for a D2C or consumer brand
- Has personally managed a creator roster in the hundreds — this is the bar, not a nice-to-have
- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast environment where content ships daily
- Sharp on both content taste and performance numbers
- Hands-on — you brief, you post, you chase, you follow up
- Flexible on hours, because creators shoot on weekends and campaigns don't wait
