We are looking for a Social Media Growth Strategist who understands how to build and grow social media accounts not just manage day-to-day posting.

This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience growing Instagram accounts and can bring a higher level of strategy, creativity and execution.

We already have a good understanding of the basics of Instagram and LinkedIn. We are specifically looking for someone who can take the social media strategy beyond the basics and help drive meaningful growth.

You may work with us just 15 hours a week, but we expect those hours to be highly strategic and productive.

What You Will Do

- Develop and implement a growth-focused Instagram strategy
- Create a structured content strategy rather than simply maintaining a posting calendar
- Develop strong content ideas, hooks, formats, series and content pillars
- Analyse account performance and identify what is working and what needs to change
- Study competitors, audience behaviour and relevant trends to identify growth opportunities
- Improve content for reach, retention, shares, saves, profile visits and follower growth
- Develop strategies for converting reach into an engaged audience and potential leads
- Guide or create Reels, carousels, posts and other content formats
- Develop and manage a LinkedIn content strategy
- Repurpose content intelligently across Instagram and LinkedIn
- Review analytics regularly and adapt the strategy based on performance




- Provide clear briefs and direction for content that needs to be created
- Suggest new experiments and growth opportunities rather than repeating the same content formats
- Basic website content/SEO knowledge will be an advantage

You should have:
- Proven experience growing social media accounts
- Strong understanding of Instagram’s content and growth ecosystem
- Excellent knowledge of Reels, hooks, retention, content formats and audience psychology
- Ability to analyse insights and turn data into actionable strategy
- Robust creative and content-thinking skills
- Ability to identify why a piece of content is underperforming and what should be changed
- Understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn algorithms and current best practices
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Strong communication and strategic thinking skills

This is NOT a basic social media management role. We are not looking for someone whose primary skills are:
- Scheduling posts
- Basic Canva designing
- Writing generic captions
- Simply following a content calendar
- Posting consistently without a growth strategy

We want someone who can think strategically, create better content and help us grow. If you are someone who genuinely enjoys figuring out how to make an account grow, rather than simply managing its posts, we would like to hear from you.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
