Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to achieve business goals.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and cost optimization for maximum ROI.
- Create compelling ad copies, visuals, and A/B test different creatives and messaging.
- Conduct detailed audience research and segmentation for effective targeting.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversions).
- Stay updated on platform algorithms, trends, and recent advertising features.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ads.
- Track and report campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Manage pixel tracking, retargeting strategies, and conversion optimization techniques.

Skills

- 3-4 years of experience in paid social media advertising.
- Strong proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.




- Hands-on experience with audience targeting, lookalike audiences, and retargeting strategies.
- Ability to analyze data-driven insights and adjust campaigns accordingly.
- Knowledge of budget management, bid strategies, and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
