We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to help strengthen Netwin’s digital presence. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys creating content, exploring trends and turning ideas into engaging posts, reels and digital campaigns.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and support Netwin’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms
- Create engaging social media content, captions, creatives, reels and short-form videos
- Plan and maintain social media content calendars aligned with branding, campaigns, company updates and employer branding initiatives
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify stories, achievements, events and ideas that can be transformed into engaging digital content
- Stay updated with social media trends, content formats and digital marketing practices
- Schedule and publish content while ensuring consistency in brand voice and visual communication
- Monitor audience engagement and support community management across social media platforms




- Track key performance metrics and use insights to improve content performance and engagement
- Support digital campaigns that strengthen Netwin’s brand visibility and online presence

What We’re Looking For

- 0–1 year of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Creation or a related field
- Freshers with strong practical skills and a relevant portfolio are encouraged to apply
- Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and social media marketing
- Ability to create engaging content and write clear, impactful captions
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Express or similar design tools
- Basic knowledge of reels, short-form video creation and video editing will be an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity, attention to detail and a strong understanding of digital trends
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment
