Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive sales growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement for JCB products in our designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote JCB products, services, and brand.
2. Brand Management: Manage and maintain the JCB brand image, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
3. Digital Marketing: Leverage digital platforms (social media, email, website) to engage customers, promote products, and build brand awareness.
4. Event Management: Organize and execute events, trade shows, and product demonstrations to showcase JCB products and build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
5. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
6. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing campaigns and provide sales collateral and support materials.
7. Budget Management: Manage marketing budget, track expenses,



and ensure ROI on marketing investments.
8. Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Education: MBA in Marketing or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the construction equipment or heavy industry sector.
3. Required Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and other relevant software like QuarkXPress and Microsoft Office.

- Keen eye for visual design and layout consistency.
- Experience working with multilingual content and understanding language-specific DTP challenges.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot formatting and design issues.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and work in fast-paced environments.
