Social Media Marketing Intern (ORM & Creatives)

About the Role: Manage online reputation and create social media designs for client brands.

Key responsibilities

Online Reputation Management (ORM)

- Monitor client brand mentions, reviews, and comments across social media, Google, and other Social Media platforms
- Respond to customer queries, complaints, and reviews in a timely, brand-appropriate tone
- Flag negative sentiment or potential PR issues to the team promptly
- Track and report ORM metrics (response time, sentiment trends, resolution rate)
- Maintain a tone-of-voice guide/response templates for each client

Creative & Content Support

- Design social media creatives using tools like Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator




- Collaborate with the content team to align creatives with campaign themes and captions
- Ensure brand guidelines (colors, fonts, logo usage) are followed across all creatives
- Support in creating content calendars for multiple clients
- Assist in basic video/reel editing if required

Requirements:

- Basic skills in Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator
- Video editing skills preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X
- Detail-oriented, multitasker

Valuable to Have: Prior internship experience, video editing skills.
