Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Chennai Area. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and engagement.

The Social Media

Manager will develop and execute social media strategies, optimize posts for reach and performance, and manage daily platform activities, including monitoring comments and messages. The role includes analyzing social media metrics, preparing performance reports, and adjusting campaigns based on data-driven insights. Collaboration with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media efforts with overall brand and campaign goals is expected.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, including experience managing brand pages and campaigns.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Writing skills for creating clear, engaging, and platform-appropriate content.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills, including planning content calendars and aligning social media activities with marketing objectives.
- Candidates should possess the ability to analyze social media metrics, use social media management tools, and apply insights to improve performance.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience in digital marketing, brand management, or related roles is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field is preferred but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
- Ability to work collaboratively in office in the Greater Chennai Area and adapt to changing priorities and trends in social media.
