About the Role

We are looking for an innovative, highly articulate, and tech-forward Social Media Marketing Executive to drive our brand's online presence. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our social media channels—with a heavy emphasis on LinkedIn—while seamlessly integrating email marketing and modern AI tools into your daily workflow. If you are a confident speaker with flawless English who knows how to build communities and scale engagement, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule daily content across various social media platforms of our LinkedIn growth strategy.
- Community Engagement: Actively network, respond to comments, and build meaningful relationships with our target audience online.
- AI-Powered Content Creation: Utilize modern AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, etc.) to streamline copywriting, generate creative concepts, and optimize daily marketing tasks.
- Email Marketing: Design and execute impactful email newsletters and promotional campaigns that align with our social media goals to nurture leads.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze social media and email campaign metrics to identify trends,



optimize posting schedules, and report on ROI.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Exceptional Communication: Native-level fluency in written and spoken English, with a sharp eye for grammar, tone, and persuasive copywriting.
- Confident Public Speaker: Highly comfortable speaking on camera for social media content and articulating ideas clearly in skilled settings.
- Platform Mastery: Proven experience managing corporate or high-growth social media accounts, with deep practical knowledge of LinkedIn's algorithm and networking features.
- Tech & AI Fluency: Hands-on experience writing effective prompts and using generative AI tools to enhance marketing output.
- Email Marketing Experience: Working knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot) and basic list-management strategies.
- Creative Problem Solver: A proactive, self-motivated individual who stays up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithm changes.
