Founded by Shivani Divecha , The Story Brewer brings together over a decade of experience across storytelling, speaker curation, content strategy and working closely with entrepreneurs and leaders. Shivani’s journey includes work with platforms and organisations such as TEDx, ASCENT and EY, along with building her own entrepreneurial venture and working with more than 50 leaders across industries.
Our work goes much deeper than managing a social media page.
We understand the person behind the profile. Their business, experiences, opinions, expertise, ambitions and voice. From there, we build a clear content direction and translate their thinking into communication that feels credible, distinctive and genuinely theirs.
LinkedIn is a significant part of our work, but our assignments also span thought leadership strategy, long form content, speeches, podcasts, webinars, interview formats and intellectual properties.

• Full Time Content Writers and Social Media Managers based in Mumbai
• Full Time Interns for research, outreach, content,
events for a minimum commitment of 6 months
• Freelance Specialists for selected projects
Who We Are Looking For
- You should be someone who enjoys research as much as writing. Our clients come from very different industries, so curiosity matters. One day you could be learning about consumer businesses and venture capital, another about healthcare, design, manufacturing, hospitality or leadership.
- Robust writing skills are essential, but equally important is the ability to listen, understand context and capture another person’s voice rather than imposing your own.
- You should also be comfortable working with LinkedIn and digital content, managing multiple assignments and delivering consistently within timelines.
- We value people who take ownership, ask intelligent questions, learn quickly and care about the quality of what they put out.
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential. Experience with social media, visual storytelling or graphic design is an added advantage.
- Also open to taking on research projects for events, content curation, speaking agency and different exiting projects
- We are a lean team so the work will include creative and operational work - doing backend activities, maintaining reports etc.
- We operate in a hybrid environment with a small team where ideas are discussed openly and good work gets real ownership.
