WE’RE HIRING: SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER / STRATEGIST
We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and growth-focused Social Media Manager / Strategist to build and grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn.
What You’ll Do
- Develop platform-specific social media strategies
- Plan content calendars and posting schedules
- Research trends, competitors, algorithms & content ideas
- Create content concepts, captions, hooks & video scripts
- Collaborate with our video & creative team
- Drive growth in reach, engagement, followers & performance
- Understand creator, influencer & personal branding ecosystems
What We’re Looking For
✅ 1.5–2.5 years of relevant experience
✅ Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
✅ Meta Business Suite knowledge is a plus
✅ Robust English & Hindi communication/copywriting skills
✅ Creative, proactive, organised & team-oriented
