Role Description This is a full time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Mumbai.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and publish content across multiple social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and alignment with campaign objectives.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day social channels, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and coordinating influencer content in partnership with internal teams. The role involves developing content calendars, collaborating with designers and copywriters, engaging with online communities,



and staying current with platform trends and best practices.

The Social Media

Manager will also support reporting, insights, and recommendations to improve campaign performance and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
- Candidates should possess solid Content Strategy and Writing skills to plan and craft engaging, audience-focused social content.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, influencers, and clients, and for community engagement.
- Experience with analytics tools, KPI tracking, and reporting for social media campaigns is beneficial.
- Prior experience in influencer marketing, digital agencies, or brand-side social media roles is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
