About the Role

Sproute Media is looking for a creative and organised Social Media Manager to join our growing team. The role involves managing social media accounts for our clients, planning content, coordinating with our design and video team, and ensuring consistent and engaging online presence across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media accounts
- Create and maintain monthly/weekly content calendars
- Plan ideas for Reels, posts, carousels and Stories
- Write captions, hooks, CTAs and basic social media copy
- Research current trends, formats, hashtags and content opportunities
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content production
- Schedule and publish content across platforms
- Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement
- Track basic social media performance and prepare reports
- Understand client requirements and coordinate content accordingly
- Participate in content planning and brainstorming sessions
- Ensure content is delivered on time according to the planned calendar
- Stay updated with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platform trends

Skills We’re Looking For

- Valuable understanding of social media platforms
- Strong communication and organisational skills




- Valuable English writing skills
- Creative thinking and ability to generate content ideas
- Understanding of Reels and short-form content trends
- Basic knowledge of Canva is preferred
- Basic understanding of social media analytics
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility

Freshers with good knowledge and practical understanding of social media can apply. Candidates with agency or social media management experience will be preferred.
