About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and execution-driven Social Media Manager who understands the evolving social media landscape and is eager to experiment, learn, and create impactful content.

This role goes beyond managing posts — it’s about capturing real moments, telling stories, and building a strong digital presence for PARK360.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow PARK360’s presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content aligned with brand positioning
- Capture photos and videos of office activities, team moments, and key events
- Travel to client sites and project locations to document real-world deployments
- Identify trends, formats, and ideas that can improve reach and engagement
- Experiment with new content styles (reels, short videos, carousels, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal teams to create authentic and meaningful content
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize content strategy

What We’re Looking For





- 1–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behavior
- A creator mindset — someone who enjoys shooting videos, taking pictures, and telling stories
- Willingness to travel for on-ground content capture
- Hands-on experience with tools like Canva and AI-based design/content tools
- Basic understanding of content formats that perform well (short-form video, storytelling, hooks, etc.)
- Ability to take ownership and experiment with recent ideas

Nice to Have

- Basic video editing skills (Reels/Shorts)
- Understanding of LinkedIn content strategy
- Experience working with B2B brands
