We are looking for a Creative Social Media Manager who understands internet culture, trends, storytelling, and brand communication across platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to think creatively, execute quickly, manage multiple brands, and turn ideas into engaging social-first content.

If you live and breathe Instagram, know what works on reels, understand audience behaviour, and can turn brand briefs into impactful campaigns — this role is for you.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end social media management for multiple brands
- Create monthly content strategies and content calendars
- Ideate creative campaigns, reels, hooks, captions, and trend-based content
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, influencers, and clients
- Write engaging copy aligned with brand tonality
- Stay updated with social media trends, memes, and platform updates
- Manage posting schedules and ensure timely execution
- Track performance metrics and suggest improvements basis insights
- Participate in shoots,



brainstorming sessions, and campaign planning when required
- Handle client communication and approvals smoothly

- Requirements3–5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Excellent communication and content writing skills
- Creative thinking with strong execution ability
- Understanding of reels, trending audio, and viral formats
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
- Robust coordination and time management skills
- Basic understanding of design aesthetics and video content

- Bonus Points If YouHave experience handling lifestyle, sports, food, or consumer brands
- Can assist in shoot planning and content direction
- Understand influencer marketing and creator collaborations
- Are comfortable appearing in content or directing creators
