is a current health tech startup. We catch life-threatening diseases before a single symptom shows up. We do full-body scans and have the best machines and protocols in all of India. The product is built. The goal now is to move India from reacting to disease to catching it first, and save lives.We're creating a category that doesn't exist here yet, in one of the fastest-growing spaces in the world.

In the last six months we have moved with break neck speed: centres in Bangalore, Delhi and Mumbai, scaling to 20 by year-end, closing in on 10,000 scans soon. We have global ambitions and launch outside India next year. Joining the team means you will be early and actually building the brand rather than just maintaining or amplifying it.

- Being on camera. Writing (both independently and with our copywriter as your partner), shooting and delivering face-to-camera storytelling reels, as a
- An Instagram-first mandate, but you will own other channels as well such as LinkedIn, Youtube, X when we decide to build them in the future.
- Independent research and scripting. You find the ideas and turn them into scripts, and collaborate with our writers to get it pitch perfect.
- Producing your own content. Self-shooting, editing (or learning the basics fast) alongside our in-house editor.
- Reading the room. Tracking what's working, iterating, and growing the audience.
- Develop, work with and manage our influencer and creator partnerships from one-off collaborations to building out full influencer programs.
- The ambition is to make our IG an explosive, high-quality,



fully organic channel. The kinds people really connect with, talk about, and other brands make case studies out of.

Who we're looking for You're one of two people: a creator who already makes things and posts, or someone with social media management experience who's confident to step in front of the camera and put themselves out there. Either way:

- Genuine camera presence. Charisma, polish, warmth, and the ability to deliver so people watch to the end
- Extremely plugged in, social native and chronically online, with wide-ranging interests across domains, so you can connect dots others miss
- Deep feel for how content and new-age media actually work, and the pulse of aspirational and affluent India
- High taste, judgment; someone who has a sharp point of view on things and can defend it.
- You can think and not just an “executor”
- A self-starter (doesn’t wait for brief) who can carry a channel, sustain a relentless publishing cadence, and own the outcome
- Comfortable being publicly visible over the long term, and building a real personal presence tied to the brand
- Right brain first - instinct, craft - but able to hold your own on strategy
- Obsessed with the craft
- Solid proof of work: things you made that actually shipped, moved numbers, or got talked about

Nice to have An existing engaged following or body of content work you’ve put out on any platform; YouTube long-form and Shorts fluency; community-management chops (replies, DMs, building a real relationship with the audience); a feel for hooks and retention; comfort with analytics and test-and-learn. Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
