Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for managing and growing First Door Realty’s presence across key social media platforms. This role includes planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling content, and optimizing posts for engagement and reach.

The Social Media

Manager will monitor performance metrics, analyze audience behavior, and adjust strategies to support lead generation and brand visibility. Day-to-day activities involve close collaboration with marketing and sales teams to align messaging,



respond to comments and inquiries, and maintain a consistent brand voice. The role also includes staying current with social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates relevant to the real estate market.

Qualifications

- Solid Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan campaigns, grow audiences, and improve engagement.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, persuasive, and brand-aligned content.
- Experience in Content Strategy to design platform-specific content plans and support broader marketing goals.
- Ability to use social media analytics tools and basic data analysis to track performance and refine strategies.
- Familiarity with real estate or related sectors is an advantage, along with knowledge of Indian urban markets.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite) and basic graphic or video editing tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work on-site and collaborate across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
