Role Description The Social Media Manager role at FeedBox is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. This role involves planning and executing social media strategies across platforms, including content calendars, campaigns, and community engagement.

The Social Media

Manager will oversee daily posting, monitor performance metrics, optimize content for reach and engagement, and collaborate with design, video, and performance marketing teams to align social initiatives with broader digital campaigns.





Responsibilities include managing brand pages, responding to audience interactions, coordinating influencer or partner collaborations, and staying current with social media trends and platform updates. The role also requires regular reporting on key performance indicators and suggesting data-backed improvements to support client growth objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) for managing and growing brand presence across platforms.
- Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy and plan structured content calendars.
- Excellent Writing skills for captions, short-form content, and brand storytelling.
- Clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of performance metrics (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions).
- Familiarity with performance marketing concepts and coordination with paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Google Ads is an advantage.
- Prior experience in managing social media for agencies, startups, or consumer brands preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
