Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Secunderābād.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and timely communication with online audiences. Daily responsibilities include managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and responding to comments and messages. The role also involves collaborating with creative and strategy teams, identifying trends,



and proposing new ideas to grow community and brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts across major platforms.
- Excellent Communication and Writing abilities to craft transparent, engaging, and brand-aligned messages.
- Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy tailored to specific audiences and campaign goals.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to refine strategies.
- Ability to work on-site in Secunderābād, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A background in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field; agency experience is an advantage.
- Awareness of current digital trends, platform best practices, and paid social campaign fundamentals.
