We're not looking for someone to just "post content." We're looking for someone who actually gets why a scroll-stopping Reel works, why a comment section can make or break a brand's day, and why timing a post at 11:47 PM sometimes beats 9 AM.

If you've ever rewritten a caption five times because the first four didn't feel right, or you've screenshotted a competitor's post just to study why it blew up — you're exactly who we want to talk to and work as a team, and social media isn't a side task for us — it's one of the main ways people find out we exist. We need someone to own that.

What you'll actually be doing

- Planning and running our content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, [YouTube/Facebook/X — edit as needed]
- Writing captions that sound like a person, not a press release
- Keeping an eye on trends and figuring out which ones actually fit our brand — not chasing every single one
- Replying to comments and DMs like a human, not a script




- Tracking what's working (and being honest about what isn't) using basic analytics
- Working with [design/marketing/founders] to keep our visual identity consistent but not boring
- Occasionally jumping on a trend same-day because you know speed matters

What we're looking for

- Fresher and also a experience candidate who knows to use Canva Tools for photo or poster design and managing various Social Media apps.
