Role Description The Social Media Growth Intern will support GrowEasy? in expanding its online presence and engaging aspiring Product Managers across social platforms. This internship role is on-site and based in Noida. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and posting content for social media channels, monitoring trends and audience engagement, and collaborating with the team to plan growth campaigns.

The intern will help manage comments and messages, track basic performance metrics, and suggest new ideas to increase followers and community interaction.



This role offers hands-on exposure to social media growth tactics within an education-focused startup setting.

Qualifications

- Strong interest in social media, online communities, and content creation, especially on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and growth strategies, with curiosity to experiment and learn quickly.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
- Organizational skills and reliability in managing posts, deadlines, and day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working on-site in Noida and collaborating with cross-functional team members.
- Prior exposure to startup environments, education platforms, or product management communities is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
