With an abundance of online courses, information, and career options, many learners and job seekers struggle with confusion about where to begin and how to follow a clear learning path.

Our programs use simplified explanations, engaging content, visual road-maps, and practical learning resources to make learning more accessible while reducing information overload. As we continue building and expanding our platform, we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who would like to gain practical experience in social media growth, digital outreach, audience engagement, and learner acquisition while contributing to an emerging Ed-Tech startup.

Social Media Growth Intern

Internship Details

· Duration: 6 Months

· Commitment: Approximately 1 hour per day

· Work Mode: Remote

· Timings: Flexible

· Training: Online training through Zoom/Google Meet

· Eligibility: Graduates, 12th-pass students, job seekers, and part-time job seekers

· Commitment Deposit: ₹100

· Deposit Refund: The ₹100 commitment deposit will be refunded upon successful completion of the internship and required assignments.

Why Is There a ₹100 Commitment Deposit?

The ₹100 is not the cost of the internship.

It is a small refundable commitment deposit intended to encourage participants to take the internship seriously and complete their assigned activities consistently.



Candidates who successfully complete the internship requirements will receive their ₹100 deposit back along with a Certificate of Completion.

Key Responsibilities

Selected interns may be involved in:

- Social Media Growth

Support the growth of Orbis Renova across platforms such as Instagram and YouTube through structured assignments.
- Content Distribution

Share and distribute relevant Orbis Renova educational content through appropriate channels as part of the assigned growth activities.

This may include sharing YouTube videos, reels, posts, and other educational resources with relevant audiences.

- Audience Engagement

Help increase meaningful engagement through discussions and social media interactions
- Outreach

Identify and reach out to people who may genuinely benefit from Orbis Renova's educational programs and content.
- Learner Acquisition

Help interested individuals understand relevant Orbis Renova programs and direct them toward the appropriate learning resources.
- Audience Research

Understand what potential learners are interested in, what problems they are facing, and what type of educational content they are looking for.
- Feedback Collection

Collect feedback from audiences and potential learners and communicate useful insights to the Orbis Renova team.
- Growth Experiments

Experiment with different methods of content sharing, audience engagement,



and outreach and observe what generates better results.
- Reporting

Maintain simple records of assigned activities, engagement, outreach, and relevant outcomes.
- Creative Ideas

Suggest new ideas for improving Orbis Renova's social media presence, audience reach, and learner engagement.

Having your own Instagram or YouTube account is also an advantage, particularly if your audience is interested in education, self-improvement, careers, productivity, communication, or related topics.

Performance-Based Opportunities

Participants who demonstrate strong performance in outreach and successfully contribute to qualified learner conversions may become eligible for performance-based earning opportunities with Orbis Renova.
