About the RoleWe are looking for highly creative and internet-native Social Media Managers to manage content operations across our owned media pages. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands digital culture, and has a strong passion for one of our focus niches.

This is not a basic scheduling role.

Our content strategy is heavily focused on visually engaging, high-performing carousel content designed to stop the scroll and drive engagement. You'll be actively involved in content research, design execution, content publishing, and trend monitoring on a daily basis.

You will work closely with the Brand Manager to maintain content quality, consistency, and growth across assigned pages.

We hire creators who are already immersed in their niche and understand what audiences care about. Key ResponsibilitiesContent Research & Trend Monitoring

- Source daily news, updates, and trending topics within your assigned niche
- Monitor competitor pages and industry-leading content
- Identify viral formats, emerging conversations, and audience interests
- Generate content ideas that align with brand goals

Content Planning

- Collaborate with the Brand Manager to build and maintain content calendars
- Plan content around key events, launches, trends, and audience interests
- Ensure a consistent posting schedule across assigned pages

Content Creation & Design

- Create engaging carousel posts using Adobe Photoshop
- Edit and format slides from templates or create layouts from scratch
- Apply strong design principles, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and content frameworks

Publishing & Operations

- Publish content according to posting schedules
- Meet daily content targets and deadlines




- Maintain quality standards while working efficiently
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth content operations

Performance Awareness

- Understand what content formats are performing best
- Track audience engagement patterns
- Continuously improve content based on performance insights

RequirementsMust-Have Skills

- Strong understanding of Instagram content and growth strategies
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Excellent eye for design, layout, typography, and visual storytelling
- Ability to create high-quality carousel content quickly and consistently
- Strong research and content sourcing skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience managing social media pages or media brands
- Experience creating content in one of our listed niches
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
- Understanding of Instagram analytics and audience engagement metrics
