Social Media Executive –

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the company's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content such as posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to create compelling digital content.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and customer queries in a timely and skilled manner.
- Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, contests, influencer collaborations, and product launches.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.
- Assist in running paid social media campaigns and optimize performance based on campaign objectives.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice, guidelines, and marketing goals.




- Stay updated with the latest social media algorithms, best practices, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing (Freshers with a strong portfolio and relevant skills may also apply).
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content strategies.
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
