We are looking for a smart, proactive and performance-driven Social Media Strategist who can independently manage brands and take end-to-end ownership of their digital presence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Develop and execute Instagram, LinkedIn & Facebook strategies
- Independently handle multiple company & personal branding accounts
- Create monthly content strategies, calendars, reel concepts and strong hooks
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and internal teams
- Manage publishing, scheduling and day-to-day account management
- Track reach, engagement, watch time, follower growth, enquiries and conversions
- Analyse performance and continuously recommend growth strategies
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Plan, execute and optimise Meta Ads campaigns
- Manage paid advertising budgets with focus on performance and ROI
- Maintain clear client/internal communication and ensure timely delivery

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✓ 2–4 years of relevant Social Media Marketing experience

✓ Strong understanding of organic + paid social media growth

✓ Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager





✓ Experience managing actual client/brand accounts and advertising budgets

✓ Strong understanding of content, branding, algorithms and analytics

✓ Ability to identify why content isn't performing and recommend corrective action

✓ Excellent communication and coordination skills

✓ Highly organised with strong deadline management

✓ Smart thinker with a problem-solving mindset

✓ Proactive and capable of working without repeated instructions or follow-ups

✓ High ownership, accountability and attention to detail
