About the Role

We need a Social Media Executive who actually gets social - not someone who posts and hopes. You should know why a reel gets 200 views versus 200,000, how to grow followers without buying them, and how to turn a DM conversation into a lead.

If you've got 1–2 years of experience, great. If you're a fresher but have grown an account, run a client's page, or built something on your own - even better, as long as you can show us the numbers.

What You'll Do

- Plan, create, and post content - reels, static posts, carousels - across Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Threads, Pinterest, and YouTube, on schedule, every time
- Shoot and edit our office and behind-the-scenes videos yourself
- Check analytics weekly and adjust what we're posting based on what's actually working, not guesswork
- Reply to DMs and comments, and reach out directly to potential clients when there's an opening
- Turn social media activity into real leads
- Design posts and edit images using Canva, Photoshop, and Magnific
- Generate images and videos with AI tools, then polish them so they look finished, not AI-generated




- Learn our business well enough to build strategy around it - who we serve, what we do, and who's actually watching our pages
- Run multiple platforms and projects at once without missing a deadline

What You Need

- 1–2 years of social media experience, or fresher-level experience you can back up with real numbers, screenshots, or a portfolio
- A working understanding of platform algorithms — what actually drives reach and follower growth, not just what you've heard
- Proof you've grown an account, boosted engagement, or generated leads before
- A positive eye for what makes short-form video work - you know a scroll-stopper when you see one
- Hands-on skills in Canva, Photoshop or similar, Magnific, and basic video editing
- Comfort using AI tools to generate images and video, then refining the output yourself
- Confidence shooting content on your phone or a camera and editing it without help
- Strong written communication — your DMs and captions should sound like a person, not a script
- The ability to read a dashboard and turn numbers into a decision
- Initiative. We want ideas, not just execution
