Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Executive to manage social media for our *consumer brands and multi-cuisine hospitality business.

The ideal candidate should be creative but also sales-focused, understanding how social media, promotions, influencers, and paid ads can generate enquiries, bookings, footfall, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and other platforms.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars and campaigns.
- Create engaging posts, Stories, Reels, and promotional content.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, influencers,



and agencies.
- Promote restaurant food, offers, events, ambience, and special campaigns.
- Support digital marketing for brands including Bombay Blanche Gin, Invincible Vodka, Captain Select, Oaked Whisky, Grenade XXX, Don Mitico, CapotQ, and Mia Cuccinna.
- Assist with Meta Ads and paid promotional campaigns focused on reach, enquiries, bookings, and sales.
- Manage comments, messages, reviews, and customer engagement.
- Research trends, competitors, influencers, and new content ideas.
- Track social media and campaign performance and prepare basic reports.
- Recommend ideas to improve brand visibility, customer engagement, and business results.

Skills Required:

- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media/Digital Marketing.
- Experience in Hospitality, F&B;, FMCG, Lifestyle, or Consumer Brands preferred.
- Good knowledge of Instagram and Facebook.
- Understanding of Meta Ads / paid promotions.
- Positive communication and creative writing skills.
- Basic photography and smartphone video skills.
- Canva knowledge preferred.
- Advanced video editing is not required.
- Creative, proactive, organised, and business-oriented.
