Job Title: Social Media Executive

Location: Noida Extension

Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a creative and agile Social Media Executive to manage and grow the digital presence of our mall across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, social media trends, and community engagement, with the ability to independently handle end-to-end social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Manage and maintain the mall’s social media pages across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Create engaging content including reels, stories, posts, and short-form videos
- Shoot on-ground content at the mall, events, stores, and activations
- Coordinate with internal teams, brands, and agencies for content planning and campaigns
- Write captions, schedule posts, and ensure regular content publishing
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and viral content opportunities




- Engage with followers, respond to messages/comments, and maintain online community presence
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports

Requirements
- Prior experience in social media management and content creation
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, trending formats, and digital marketing
- Basic photography and videography skills
- Proficiency in editing tools/apps such as Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, etc.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage shoots/events on-site

Preferred
- Experience handling retail, mall, hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B; brands
- Comfortable appearing in or directing social media content when required
