Job Overview

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across all major social media platforms. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media schedules, interacting with our online community, and analyzing campaign performance to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation & Scheduling: Write engaging copy, design basic visual assets (graphics, short-form videos/Reels/TikToks), and maintain a consistent content calendar across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, and X.
- Community Management: Monitor DMs, comments, and brand mentions; engage with followers promptly; and foster a loyal, positive online community.
- Campaign & Strategy Execution: Assist in planning and executing organic and paid social media campaigns aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Performance & Analytics: Track key performance indicators (engagement rates, follower growth, reach, conversions) using social media analytics tools and generate weekly/monthly reports.
- Trend & Competitor Monitoring: Stay updated on emerging social media trends, algorithm changes, viral formats,



and competitor strategies to keep our content fresh and relevant.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and the wider sales/marketing team to maintain brand consistency.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: 6 months – 2 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or agency.
- Content Skills: Solid short-form copywriting skills and basic photo/video editing proficiency (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud).
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of algorithms, features, and audience dynamics on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.
- Tool Knowledge: Experience with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout Social).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

- Basic understanding of paid social advertising (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Familiarity with social listening tools and basic SEO practices.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
