About the Role

We are looking for a creative, hands-on, and proactive Social Media & Content Marketing Executive to manage and grow our clients' social media presence.

This is an execution-focused role. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating content, designing creatives, managing social media accounts, and communicating confidently with clients and internal teams. We need someone who can take ownership and get things done.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant social media platforms.
- Write social media captions, posts, and content that align with each client's brand and audience.
- Design creative graphics and social media visuals using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Plan and maintain monthly and weekly social media content calendars.
- Schedule, publish, and manage content across multiple social media accounts.
- Monitor social media activity, engagement, and performance.
- Coordinate with clients to collect information, feedback, and approvals.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Understand different brands and create content according to their tone, industry, and target audience.
- Stay updated with social media trends, content formats, and digital marketing best practices.




- Take ownership of assigned accounts and ensure work is delivered on time.

Required Skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong social media content writing skills.
- Good graphic design and creative skills.
- Experience with Canva and other design tools.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and projects.
- Robust attention to detail.
- Ability to understand client requirements and communicate effectively.
- Creative thinking with a practical, execution-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2–5 years of experience in social media marketing, content marketing, or digital marketing.
- Experience working with B2B brands will be an advantage.
- Experience managing LinkedIn and professional brand pages is preferred.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, and marketing strategy.
