Role Description The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and strengthen GuavaSure’s connection with pet parents. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, producing short-form videos, graphics, and copy, collaborating with marketing and product teams on campaigns, and responding to comments or community interactions.

Creator will track performance metrics, analyze audience insights, and adjust content strategies to improve reach and engagement. This role may also involve capturing content in clinics or with partner veterinarians to highlight real stories and educate pet parents about wellness and insurance offerings.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong social media content creation skills, including copywriting, short-form video production, and basic graphic design.
- Candidates should possess skills in social media strategy, content planning, and campaign execution across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels.
- Candidates should possess skills in analytics and performance tracking, including the ability to interpret social media metrics and optimize content based on insights.
- Candidates should possess community management skills, including moderating comments, engaging with followers, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with marketing, product, and customer support teams.
- Experience with pet, health, or consumer-facing brands is beneficial, along with a genuine interest in animal welfare and pet wellness.
- A bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, media, design, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience in social media and content creation.
- Familiarity with design and editing tools (such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or mobile editing apps) and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment are advantageous.

Full time role.

Minimum 3 videos per day.

Should have at least 1,000 followers.

Comfortable creating content featuring dogs and cats.

Basic understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content.

Based in Bangalore and available for full time and who loves camera.
