About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Account Manager to own client relationships for our US-based clients, coordinate deliverables across internal creative teams, and support content execution on Canva. This is an agency-style, client-facing role requiring direct experience handling US clients during overlapping evening hours.

Important: Candidates without agency background or international client exposure will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Support

· Communicate with clients based in the US during overlapping evening hours.

· Handle client queries, share updates, and ensure timely follow-ups.

· Participate in client calls and ensure smooth coordination of deliverables.

· Maintain professional client relationships and ensure satisfaction through consistent communication.

· Coordinate with clients and internal teams until 10:00 PM IST to ensure timely updates, approvals, and task execution.

Internal Coordination & Task Management

· Work closely with design, content, video, and performance marketing teams.

· Share briefs clearly, track task progress, and ensure timely delivery.

· Maintain workflow clarity and manage deadlines across multiple clients.

· Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards before going live.

Creative Execution & Content Support





· Create and edit social media creatives using Canva, including basic video editing for reels and short-form content.

· Support content planning, scheduling, and publishing across social media platforms.

· Review captions, creatives, and content drafts to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

Requirements — Must Have

· 5–9 years of experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Account Handling.

· Mandatory agency background; in-house/brand-side-only candidates will not be shortlisted.

· Direct experience handling US-based or other international clients.

· Based in or willing to relocate to Noida, with the ability to work from office at Sector 90, 5 days a week.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Working proficiency in Canva, including basic reel/video editing.

· Ability to manage multiple clients, deadlines, and internal stakeholders simultaneously.

Valuable to Have

· Prior experience managing Dental, Hospital, or Healthcare chain clients is a strong advantage.

· Exposure to the D2C industry.

Education

· UG: Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication in Any Specialization; B.Com in Marketing.

· PG: MBA/PGDM in Marketing.
