Detailed Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and manage scalable and robust data pipelines using Azure Data Factory.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain Snowflake data warehouse solutions to support advanced analytics and reporting needs.
- Build interactive dashboards, visualizations, and business intelligence reports using Power BI.
- Perform advanced data modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema), transformation, and ETL/ELT development.
- Optimize SQL queries and data processing workflows for maximum performance and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into technical solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Enforce data quality, governance, and security standards throughout the data lifecycle.
- Support production deployments and proactively troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices, process improvements, and knowledge sharing.

Skill Requirements

Mandatory:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering and/or Business Intelligence Development.
- Expertise in Snowflake Data Warehouse design, development, and optimization.
- Advanced proficiency with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for building and orchestrating data pipelines.
- Robust experience in Power BI for dashboard/report development and data visualization.
- Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and performance tuning.
- Proven track record with ETL/ELT processes and data integration.
- Solid understanding of data modeling concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).
- Experience with Azure Cloud Services (e.g., storage, security, compute).
- Strong troubleshooting, production support, and issue resolution skills.
- Effective stakeholder management, communication, and requirement gathering abilities.

Desirable (Good to Have):

- Experience using Python for data processing and automation.
- Familiarity with Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience with CI/CD tools for data pipeline automation.
- Knowledge of Git version control and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Awareness of data governance and security frameworks.
- Leadership or mentoring experience in technical teams.
- Relevant certifications in Snowflake, Azure, or Power BI.
