Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement SMT (Surface Mount Technology) processes for electronic components assembly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient production planning, scheduling, and execution of SMT operations.
- Basis knowledge of all smt machine (Printer, NXT, Reflow)

- Conduct FMEA (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) studies to identify potential failures in the manufacturing process and implement corrective actions.
- Major failure & Repeated issue analysis & Improvement measure (Major failure all pcba (All Station data)

- NPI model arrange all resources proper follow-up, Handover meeting from other factory & Prod. rest all concern team.

- Troubleshoot issues related to placement accuracy, defects, or other quality concerns.

Job Requirements :

- 2-7 years of experience in surface mount technology (SMT) process engineering or a related field.
- Robust understanding of reflow oven operation, including temperature control and atmosphere management.
- Proficiency in designing fixtures for component placement and handling.
